The Customer has the right of cancellation to receive the requested good according to article 125 and article 126 of the CPA when it is delivered under some of these terms:
1. The delivered good obviously does not correspond to the requested from the Customer and this could be established through the usual review.
2. The price the Customer must pay for the goods does not correspond the initial owing price.
3. When there is a discrepancy between the requested good and the delivered one that was not possible to be established at the time of the delivery.
The Customer has the right to request a replacement of size or an item included in his initial order. In that case he is required to declare his desire by:
- sending email to email@example.com;
- calling the Seller on +359/884176822;
- using the request form for merchandise authorization (you can see it below);
In addition,the Customer has to return goods within three days after contacting the Seller to the following address:
25 Gurgulyat str., 1000 Sofia., Republic of Bulgaria, “INTERDANCE” Ltd.
The discrepancy between the parties can be accepted when the following are in evidence:
- Manufacturing defects of the goods
- Missing parts of the productwere found
- Discrepancy of the stated model, size or color
4. Claim request allows the Customer to select items in return or return the goods against reimbursement. Respectively, the selected items will be without any defects and can be in other size and color.
5. The Customer has the right to return the received goods without owing compensation or default. The returning is allowed under the following conditions:
- The returning request is submitted electronically to the pointed by Interdance Ltd. email address for correspondence within no longer than 3 working days after the goods were received by the Customer. Such request must include: the full names of the Customer / owner of the account, direct telephone number, personal bank account, where the cost is to be refunded.
- The good is in a good commercial look, original packing with original labels including the original documents issued from Interdance Ltd. invoice, cash bond.
- Transport costs are at the expense of the Customer in both directions, unless the exchange or return has become by the Seller’s fault.
Interdance Ltd. reserves the right not to refund the customer in case of non-compliance with one or more of the terms for returning the good.
